HR Officer is responsible for recruitment and general HR activities and will report to HR Manager.

- Masters in Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in HR
- Around 3-4 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources
- Experience in recruitment and headhunting including developing job descriptions and job specifications, involve in pre interview, interview and post interview processes
- Facilitates new hires’ joining and exit process
- Sound knowledge on different HR policies and hands on experience on developing and implementing different HR policies.
- Experience working in the role of HR recruiter and HR Generalist
- Ability to maintain HR employee records, data and prepare regular reports
- Well versed computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS power point.
- Good verbal and written communication skill
