Requirements:

    Understanding of MVC.
    Must be comfortable with Linux or UNIX like environments.

    Proven experience in developing using ruby on rails framework.
    Familiar with ruby gems and has an arsenal of gems to deploy where necessary.
    Good understanding of modelling and optimization.
    Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

    Candidate should quickly understand high-level project goals and develop the IT to achieve these.
    Execute and monitor project development to accomplish them.
    Participate in project discussion/analysis.
    Use project management and reporting tools.
    Should be capable to develop anything Ruby.
    Should learn new technologies whenever required.
    Coordinate with the team members and report to the assigned managers
