Warranty Claims:
 
Both Samsung Galaxy Ace NXT and Samsung Galaxy S Duos III (the “Handsets”) have a warranty of one year on hardware and software and six months warranty on accessories (battery, earphone, charger, etc.)
 
If the Handset bought by the customer is found faulty within four days of purchase, the customer can call the following Samsung Service Centres for support:
 
- Kathmandu – Pako: 9802002502/9802002539
- Itahari – Dharan line: 9802002504
- Pokhara – Mahendra Pul: 9802002506  
- Naraynghat – Pulchowk: 9802002503  
- Nepalgunj – Setu BK Chowk: 9802002515
 
Or, the customer can visit the point of sale (where the customer purchased the handset) and the point of sale representative will call Samsung Service Centres. In case the Samsung Service Centre declares the device Dead On Arrival (DOA), then the customer will get a new handset immediately upon fulfilling the required process.
 
However, if the Samsung Service Centre representative can fix the handset, then the customer shall fill a Customer Complaint form with details of the problems encountered and deposit the handset at such Centre. The Samsung Service Centre will receive the handset and fix it and it will be delivered back to the point of sale within 7 – 14 (seven to fourteen) days depending upon the problem and location of the point of sale. Once the Handset is repaired the customer shall be informed, and s/he can collect the handset from the respective point of sale.
 
The customer will not be required to bear any charges/cost for the repair or replacement of the Handset during the warranty period mentioned above.
