Position: Assistant Engineer

Main responsibility areas: 
  • Liaise with different Government / Semi – Government / Autonomous / Local Government high official for different types of permission or approval
  • Control, plan & implementation of operation 24/7 of all on air sites, maintain the site health condition and alarm free network
  • Responsible for control corrective & preventive maintenance, operational & emergency maintenance for SDH, MW, PDH, BTS, GSM, SMPS, DG, Air conditioner, Electrical accessories etc. done by FLM vendor
  • Check layout, BoMs, bills and scope of work performed by different vendors
  • Responsible for site management, conflict and dispute resolution, development and controlling FLM vendors
  • Control, plan and implement the vendor's resources for Ncell need and requirement to meet the target of RNO, Rollout and FLM
  • Coordinate between house/land owner, vendors etc. to execute the project for Ncell
  • Preparation of the "Service Order" and AWP verification for the FLM project
  • Coordinate with the Regional Development Unit Head to solve customer complain issues to improve customer experience
  •  Spare parts/ Warehouse management
  • Control DG scopes like ratification, servicing and fueling

Your qualification and experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering 
  • 1 year of experience in Telecommunications
Your Profile
  • Knowledge of electrical and installation works required from BTS construction will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Genset, UPS, Solar and commercial electrification will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of mobile network optimization and drive test
  • Knowledge of power supply system available in Nepal
  • Good knowledge of project management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office/ auto CAD/ Photo shop
  • Good planning and analyzing skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the similar field will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills in both English and Nepali
